Indian investors are rapidly buying Greek properties ahead of changes to the Golden Visa Programme. Between July and August 2024, property purchases rose by 37% as buyers sought residency before the investment threshold increased from Euro 250,000 to Euro 800,000 in prime locations like Athens and Santorini.
